What a developer profile holds
A developer page on APK Sphere gathers everything Google Play shows about a publisher in one place, and adds the totals the store never computes.
- Portfolio. Every app of the developer, live and removed, sorted by installs.
- Totals. Number of apps, apps still live, total installs and the average rating across the portfolio.
- History. The date of the first release, so you can tell a new studio from an old hand.
- Website. The domain the developer lists on Google Play, where there is one.

An independent Google Play data service
APK Sphere on apksphere.com is part of the APK API network: it reads the public Google Play listing for 4.1M apps and refreshes it every night. It is an independent service, not affiliated with Google, and it serves metadata only: apksphere.com does not host, distribute or link to APK files. The brand main site is apkapi.com, where the same API, documentation and account live.
The developer directory: questions
What is APK Sphere?
APK Sphere (apksphere.com) is a directory of Google Play developers built on the APK API. It covers 1.3M developers behind 4.1M apps, each with the full portfolio, total installs, average rating, first release and the website listed on Google Play.
Is apksphere.com an official APK API site?
Yes. apksphere.com is part of the APK API network, and the brand main site is apkapi.com. A key created on apksphere.com uses the same APK API, so it works across the network for keys, billing and documentation.
How are developers ranked?
By the sum of the installs of their live apps. A publisher with one giant app can rank above a studio with hundreds of small ones; the profile shows both the totals and the number of apps.
Can I get a developer's email or phone?
Developer contact details (email, phone, postal address and legal name, where the developer published them on Google Play) are returned by the API on the Business plan only. Directory pages never show them.
Can I look a developer up by name?
Yes. The developer endpoint accepts the developer name exactly as Google Play shows it, as well as the Google Play developer id, and returns the portfolio of that developer.
Is APK Sphere free?
Yes, to start. An account on apksphere.com includes free monthly tokens with no card. A developer lookup with a page of apps costs 2 tokens.
Can I download APK files from apksphere.com?
No. APK Sphere is a Google Play metadata service: developers, portfolios, installs and ratings. It does not host, distribute or link to APK files; the answers are JSON, not binaries.
